Joey Dude,
Awesome tut\’s. looks like (to me) that your 40k in 40 days was a literal gift from God! Truly surreal listening to you describe and explain how it all came about. I am awestruck and more eager than ever to dig in and get going with my dreams. Thanks Man. Bring on tut #4 “smiley with a lot of teeth showing”
Thanks again
Arbee

I am glad for you and would certainly like to make money as you have. But it is hard to listen to you pretty much making fun of the people who it seems you are saying are stupid enough to buy teleconference course and how to create a booklet with half of the pages blank as they are workbook pages and the others are double spaced. I am sure your material is quality to some extent but also you seem to say your are surprised anyone would buy it. I think if I bought it and then heard you describing your amazement that I did buy it and at $497 price point.

Just watched the first 3 parts. Awesome information! Looking forward to conclusion.

The suspense is killing me. You should put out a course in public speaking for internet marketers. Marketers could benefit from it when doing webinars. You have an uncanny ability to hold one\’s interest .
November 6, 2009 at 8:33 pm
Well, I’m looking forward to the next video. Hoping it’s as “Kick A$$” as you say! LOL
November 6, 2009 at 11:25 pm

Love the idea- Why build something if you don’t know if they will buy it. Keep them rolling!
November 8, 2009 at 3:16 am
The question, “Why build something if you don’t know if they will buy it?” has brought on an epiphany for me, Joey. I’m going to apply that even to the little things that I frequently ASSUME my audience wants, but I don’t KNOW! Great way to ensure good turnout when I actually do a launch — give them what they actually have indicated they genuinely want.
November 9, 2009 at 12:42 am
Thanks for the information Joey, glad I’ve cybermet you and Devon!
November 9, 2009 at 2:05 pm

November 9, 2009 at 3:24 pm
oops, I was waiting on everyone to post. I have benefited from all the videos. I’m trying to implement.
November 9, 2009 at 3:26 pm
‘Twould be nice to see a few more comments here, so Joey will put up the conclusion! 8-\
I wonder how many people just lost interest due to having to wait for the comments quota to be met? The idea seemed good, but it may be interrupting the vim and verve, cutting into the wire, allowing distraction to set in, pissing-off the impatient, or un-winding the whipped up ones.
Either way — I WANT! Very good videos. I can’t wait to record my first teleconference or presentation to share it in this way. Most valuable!

To rosemary fitzgerald – I believe Joey was expressing his chagrin that such products were actually valuable, since he was new to all of this at the time. I am an ex-college professor (graphic arts) who was similarly chagrined that workbooks had so much “air” and blank pages for notes, etc.
I was on the committee at my college re-vamping the teachers’ work rooms, and videos of classes on the internet were the surprise desire of all younger students. Older ones had never even imagined it could be possible! (circa 2005-06). So, not so much making fun of they customers as expressing surprise that they so avidly wanted such a product is how I’m reading it.

Not everyone who reads, comments.
I\’ve read other marketers explain that they would have a group (ie. original Yahoo group) and then offer a product or webinar or something and find out from participant feedback that they are \"there\" (on the group and reading etc.) but for various reasons don\’t feel comfortable commenting publicly.
Blog owners want comments B/C they show activity and help with site SEO.
Then the point about whether people are suckers if they buy a fluffed-up product — well I think a bigger issue is when a product owner claims a certain amount in sales were made — without revealing that X-amount in returns also resulted = a truer picture. (***NOT saying that Joey does this or ever did this.***)
B/C in this EXAMPLE circumstance, someone may have purchased, but after discovering that such a product was \"full of fluff,\" they probably sought a refund???
Bottom line — Joey please proceed with Part 4 of THIS story
Thanks!

Joey,
The only reason I didn’t post was because I thought the 20 comments was a sure thing (like the Yankees winning).
Whoops, my bad.
Your content is so good, I would have paid money for it
and been satisfied. Thank You!

I am very interested. I checked out the first two videos and decided not to comment, cuz I felt that you would get many more comments from others. So here is my comment: You’re experience and knowledge in social marketing and making money is incredible. I can’t wait to see how you made 40K in 40 hours so that I can do it too. Thanks for sharing this with us,

Joey, hi.
Just watched Part 3 and was pretty blown away by
the ease of creating a product. I have known for
many years about offering a product that doesn’t
exist and then creating it when there’s a demand
for it. I think that’s the easy part. The hard
part is having a buyers list to market to. I’ve
always wanted to achieve that type of success
but for me getting the info is not enough, I need
some serious hand holding. For example, say,
Carmen take the mouse and click here…”
Yeap, like that. I’m looking forward to future
trainings from you in this manner.
Many good wishes to you.

November 9, 2009 at 10:24 pm
I think Joey you was very lucky because you didn\’t now any better. Today we all overloaded with information and we trying to implement all of it. What we need is, to take our heads out of the computers and take a breath of fresh air.
The ideas is around us but we are to busy staring at the screen.
Thank you for lesson.

Hey Joey_Smith @Whazzup? tweet….tweet DM etc, etc.
Bring on part 4 dude!
I think the answer is number 1?
don’t know why people would post on #1 & #2 and not #3, as they are all great.
don’t believe the #2 “Material lost it’s steam”
I know it’s not #3 “I lost my steam”.
And I’m positive it’s not reason #4 because I definitely want the conclusion to your 40K in 40 days, cuz it’s really cool.
So Let’s go coon hunting man and get it on! I’m ready, the dogs are ready, my ole lady is ready, let’s rock and roll.
Chow and more power Joey

Ask what they want then create what they need. I\\\\\\\’ve always heard that but did not know how to implement it. Yes I’m really new.I have not produced a thing, nor do I have a list. You simplify it so much.
Thank you Joey
