He has implemented extensive Microsoft technologies and won the 1999 Microsoft Project of the Year in the Knowledge Management category as well as the Microsoft Pinnacle award for Best Innovative ERM Solution in 2003. He also has experience in assessing a company’s technology strategy and capacity, formulating a vision and operating plan that supports senior management’s business objectives, and implementing the projects that ing true value to the business owners. Smith has utilized master principles of project management while leading the technology strategy, support, research, development and software deployment for major corporations such as Cox Communications and Coca Cola Enterprises.
